Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TalkTheTalk's Website located at www.talkthetalk.world and the TalkTheTalk Services.
CV30 WORLDWIDE GROUP (“TalkTheTalk”) is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Romania with the name “S.C. CV30 WORLDWIDE GROUP S.R.L.” under number 33994135, and whose registered office address is Str. General Barbu Vladoianu, nr. 26, sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.
TalkTheTalk operates a Website, social media channels (“TalkTheTalk Websites”), and provides a platformand services consisting of events (also called modules) which users or guests on the TalkTheTalk website may register/apply to and attend.
By accessing the TalkTheTalk Websites or the TalkTheTalk Services we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TalkTheTalk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Visitors may choose to register on the TalkTheTalk Websites. Unregistered visitors may still view the TalkTheTalk Websites. Registration refers to the creation of an account or filling in an application/registration form to one of the TalkTheTalk events/modules. TalkTheTalk may rank or rate registered users. TalkTheTalk may send regular emails to registered users. As a user you represent to TalkTheTalk that you will only use the TalkTheTalk Websites and TalkTheTalk Services for lawful purposes and where it is lawful to so use them.
You acknowledge and agree that, by accessing or using the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services or by downloading or posting any content to or from the TalkTheTalk Websites you are indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you accept or agree to these T&Cs on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these T&Cs and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.
Registration and access to the TalkTheTalk Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access or use of the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By using the TalkTheTalk Websites and TalkTheTalk Services you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older.
You agree to complete the registration process honestly and as completely as you are able, and to keep the registration and other information about you accurate and up-to-date. You may maintain only one registration with TalkTheTalk, and may not register as a TalkTheTalk user on behalf of an individual other than yourself. Your registration with TalkTheTalk is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred without TalkTheTalk’s prior written agreement. You agree never to disclose your login details or password, except for the purpose of your logging in to the TalkTheTalk Websites yourself.
Registered users may post content on the TalkTheTalk Websites. Anything that you post (or otherwise cause to be visible) on a TalkTheTalk Websites is deemed for the purposes of these T&Cs to be content published by you (“Your Content”). TalkTheTalk’s policy is not to edit or moderate Your Content unless required to do so to ensure compliance with these T&Cs or with your prior consent. You agree that if you have linked your TalkTheTalk registration with any third-party service, the services may exchange information and you shall be deemed to have published any information made available by the third-party service as a result of the accounts being linked.
You are responsible for all Your Content. By registering to use the TalkTheTalk Websites you agree that:
Any representation that you publish is true;
You shall not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit anything that: (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy or rights to an image; or (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil or criminal liability or might be expected to incite any anti-social behaviour; or (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information) or deceptive; or (iv) is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing or obscene, pornographic, vulgar or may otherwise be found to be offensive by a reasonable person; or (v) is discriminatory, prejudicially intolerant, racist, hate inspired, harassing or harmful toward any individual or group, anti-Semitic, paedophilic, inciting violence, racial or ethnic hatred, illegal or that is in any other way reprehensible; or (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or group; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; or (viii) condones or promotes any of the things listed in (i) to (vii).
You shall not use the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services to (i) transmit, distribute, post or submit any information concerning any other person or entity (including, without limiting the generality of this provision, photographs, contact or sensitive information or credit, debit, banking or other account numbers) without the relevant person’s prior permission; or (ii) impersonate any person or entity, or falsify or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
By accepting these T&Cs you agree that TalkTheTalk may collate and analyze data resulting from your use of the TalkTheTalk Websites and TalkTheTalk Services and may use and sell the resulting information.
You expressly grant us permission, without further notice, to store, transfer and disclose data and other information relating to you or to your transactions, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information to any relevant tax or other governmental or competent regulatory or law enforcement authority or agency that claims to be entitled to such information.
To the extent required by applicable law, TalkTheTalk shall on request of the relevant registered user delete all information that is personal to that registered user. TalkTheTalk may however (subject to applicable laws) retain data that may have been obtained by previous interactions with TalkTheTalk provided that data cannot be linked to any individual person.
TalkTheTalk reserves the right to market the results of this automatic data handling.
You agree not to do anything to create a false impression that you are endorsed by, partnering with, or acting on behalf of or for the benefit of TalkTheTalk, including by inappropriately using any TalkTheTalk intellectual property.
TalkTheTalk Events, Workshops and Modules
TalkTheTalk organises events, workshops and modules (series of events).
You understand and agree that TalkTheTalk is not a party to any agreements between TalkTheTalk Facilitators and TalkTheTalk Participants, and that TalkTheTalk has no control over (and not liability or obligation to you in respect of) the conduct of (i) TalkTheTalk Facilitators, (ii) TalkTheTalk Participants, (iii) other users of the TalkTheTalk Websites and TalkTheTalk Services or (iv) others attending or facilitating Events and Modules. You agree that TalkTheTalk is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other users of the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services and you accept that (to the maximum extent permitted by law) TalkTheTalk disclaims all liability resulting from the conduct or any such person.
By agreeing to these T&Cs you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations (including without limiting the generality of this provision, fiscal and administrative regulations) that apply to any Event, Workshop or Module.
Participants to the TalkTheTalk modules adhere to the Participants' Guide, presented in the section Things We Care About.
You agree that TalkTheTalk shall under no circumstance be held responsible or liable for any representation in an Event, Workshop or Module not running smoothly or as advertised or otherwise being unsatisfactory.
In certain circumstances, TalkTheTalk may decide, at its own discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel an Event, Workshop or Module. In these circumstances, TalkTheTalk may determine, at its own discretion, to refund to the TalkTheTalk Participants part or all of the amounts charged to the TalkTheTalk Participant. You agree that TalkTheTalk and the relevant TalkTheTalk Participant or TalkTheTalk Facilitator will have no liability to you in respect of such cancellations or refunds.
TalkTheTalk Participants agree to pay the participation fees for Events, Workshops and Modules, unless otherwise stipulated, by direct transfer and based on the invoice they receive from TalkTheTalk.
TalkTheTalk Facilitators are paid for the Events, Workshops or Modules they facilitate through the method agreed upon in the contract between TalkTheTalk and the Facilitator.
TalkTheTalk Facilitators agree and acknowledge that they are responsible for discharging all of their own tax obligations (including sales taxes including, but not limited to, VAT) whether these are imposed on a state, local or other level. TalkTheTalk assumes no obligations whatsoever in this regard. In particular, TalkTheTalk assumes no responsibility (actual or deemed) to notify or explain to TalkTheTalk Facilitators, or to enquire into, the VAT or sales taxes treatment of any TalkTheTalk Facilitators or Events or Modules.
If TalkTheTalk so requires for the purposes of its dealings with any tax or regulatory authority, TalkTheTalk Facilitators and TalkTheTalk Participants shall provide to TalkTheTalk, promptly upon request, any information, data, documentation and/or copies of communications (whether in electronic format or otherwise) which relate to Events and Modules in which they have participated. TalkTheTalk Facilitators shall, promptly upon request, provide to TalkTheTalk all reasonable assistance in any discussion or dispute with any tax authority with respect to the VAT or sales tax treatment of Events or Modules in which those TalkTheTalk Facilitators have participated. Each TalkTheTalk Facilitator agrees to indemnify TalkTheTalk for any VAT or similar sales tax obligations which TalkTheTalk is required to pay and which arise wholly from Events, Workshops or Modules hosted by that TalkTheTalk Facilitator.
TalkTheTalk does not offer refunds once the payment had been made by the TalkTheTalk Participant, unless TalkTheTalk decides to cancel/postpone the Event, Workshop or Module.
Exclusions and Limitations to TalkTheTalk’s Responsibility and Liability
Registered users are required by these T&Cs to provide accurate information about yourself and only to post reliable and accurate content to the TalkTheTalk Websites and not, when using the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services, to make any factually incorrect, fraudulent or misleading statements or representations. By accepting these T&Cs you agree that TalkTheTalk and/or other partners may request identity verification from you (and you agree to comply with such requests as are reasonable made) and may use other information or resources available to them to verify your identity, to undertake regulatory checks and to help limit improper use of the TalkTheTalk Websites, TalkTheTalk Services and other services provided by the payment providers and other partners. TalkTheTalk does not, however, undertake any obligation to you to undertake any such checks and you agree that TalkTheTalk does not represent, endorse, guarantee or confirm the identity of any user or the accuracy of any content or representation made by any user or otherwise received from (or communicated in connection with or as a result of) any of the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services.
TalkTheTalk will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
Use of, or inability to use, any of the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services; or
Use of or reliance on any content displayed on any of the TalkTheTalk Websites or TalkTheTalk Services.
TalkTheTalk will not be liable for:
Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
Loss of anticipated savings;
Loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Cancellation and Suspension
You may terminate your registration at any time by sending us an email from your registered email to email@example.com.
TalkTheTalk may terminate or suspend your registration for convenience at any time by giving you notice via email to your registered email address.
If your TalkTheTalk registration is cancelled, all Events and Modules to which you applied will also be automatically cancelled.
Unless otherwise stated, TalkTheTalk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TalkTheTalk, with the exception of the material identified as “Your Content”. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TalkTheTalk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Republish material from TalkTheTalk;
Sell, rent or sub-license material from TalkTheTalk;
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from TalkTheTalk.
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Parts of these Websites offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Websites. TalkTheTalk does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the Websites. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of TalkTheTalk, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, TalkTheTalk shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on TalkTheTalk Websites.
TalkTheTalk reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
You are entitled to post Comments on our Websites and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
The Comments do not invade any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy;
The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant TalkTheTalk a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our Websites without prior written approval:
Online directory distributors may link to our Websites in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Websites.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Websites information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:
commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
dot.com community sites;
associations or other groups representing charities;
online directory distributors;
accounting, law and consulting firms; and
educational institutions and trade associations.
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of TalkTheTalk; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
If you are one of the organizations listed in the paragraph above and are interested in linking to our Websites, you must inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Websites, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 1-2 weeks for a response.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Websites as follows:
By use of our corporate name; or
By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
By use of any other description of our Websites being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.
No use of TalkTheTalk's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Websites that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Websites.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Websites. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Websites upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Websites, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of Links from Our Websites
If you find any link on our Websites that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
You declare and guarantee to TalkTheTalk that you are a person over 18 years of age and/or having the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
